There are no cash or credit card refunds on e. scott originals pieces.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for another item within 3 months of purchase with original reciepts.

Custom pieces can not be exchanged, dues to the very personal decisions made to each piece.
